Why choose a Burn-Out Coaching program?

A Burn-Out Coaching program is usually aimed at coachees who suffer from Burn-Out symptoms:

  • Investigate the causes of stress and learn to manage them.
  • (Re)discover and recover the energy sources.
  • Investigate the causes of work-life imbalance and restore the balance.

For whom is coaching suitable?

Coaching is for anyone who wants to function more powerfully, purposefully and effectively.
AND
Is willing to look in the mirror and get started with what is needed to achieve the desired goals.

What does a Coaching process look like?

The process starts with formulating a number of clear desired goals:

  • What would you like to achieve?
  • What would you like to develop?
  • How would you like to develop yourself?

If you are not yet able to formulate these questions clearly for yourself, I will of course help you with that.

Then, in each coaching session, we will work with examples of events and situations and I will teach you how to deal with them in a successful and effective way.

Examples of problems you may encounter:

1. Long-term stress and overexertion:

  • You have been experiencing stress at work or in your personal life for quite some time, without being able to relax or recharge.
  • You constantly feel tired and exhausted, both physically and mentally.
  • You no longer have the energy to do things that you normally enjoy.

2. Emotional exhaustion and cynicism:

  • You are irritable and irritable, and you have less patience with others.
  • You feel unmotivated and lethargic, and you no longer feel like doing your work or other activities.
  • You’ve become cynical about your work or your life in general.

3. Reduced concentration and productivity:

  • You have trouble concentrating and keeping your attention.
  • You make more mistakes than usual and your work is of lower quality.
  • You struggle to motivate you to get to work or complete tasks.

4. Sleeping problems and physical complaints:

  • You have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.
  • You experience physical complaints such as headaches, muscle aches or stomach problems.
  • You are more susceptible to infections and other diseases.

5. Avoidance and Social Withdrawal:

  • You avoid socializing and activities that you normally enjoy.
  • You isolate yourself from family and friends.
  • You feel like you don’t want to be a burden to anyone.

6. Feelings of hopelessness and despair:

  • You feel like you are out of control of your life.
  • You don’t see any future prospects.
  • You have thoughts of suicide or other self-injurious behaviors.
