Excellent Leadership

Why choose an Excellent Leadership Coaching Program?

As a leader, you are the first point of contact for the colleagues around you. The questions that will arise after some time are:

  • How do you keep yourself sharp?
  • How do you continue to develop yourself?
  • How do you inspire yourself?

As a leader within the organization, you are not only an important decision-maker for many, but also an inspirer.

It is you who propagates the vision, works together with your colleagues on the joint mission and thinks along about solutions to complex issues.

An excellent leadership coach program can focus on challenges in business operations and business development because you, for example:

  • Would you like to be able to have a free and personal conversation about business issues on a regular basis?
  • Do you want to brainstorm about how you can initiate strategic and tactical innovations?
  • How can you generate more influence and impact in collaboration with various stakeholders?

During the coaching process, we can, in a way that suits you, have conversations about pressing issues and topics that concern you.

Of course, such a coaching process can also focus on personal challenges or private issues. For example, you need to:

  • Sparring with a confidant who does not belong to your close circle of friends about your personal development issues?
  • Would you like to have an open conversation about personally sensitive topics with a confidant who is not part of your close circle of friends?
  • Have a conversation with a confidential counsellor about your personal and business ambitions and how you can achieve them effectively and efficiently?

For whom is coaching suitable?

This form of coaching is for Leaders who want to function more powerfully, purposefully and effectively.
AND
want to look in a crystal clear mirror, work energetically on what is necessary, and thus achieve ambitious goals.

What does a Coaching process look like?

The process starts with formulating a number of clear desired goals. What do you want to achieve with the coaching process?

During the successive sessions of approximately 90 minutes, we will give substance to the session in a way that best suits your needs.

Based on examples of events and situations in practice, we can have the conversation.

By asking sharp questions, thinking along and, where necessary, holding up the mirror to yourself and confronting it with your own behavior, you learn to look at the situation from a new perspective.

Where necessary, I can inspire you and help you gain new valuable insights.

Always in line and focused on achieving your goals in a successful and effective way.
