Direction without coercion
Direction does not come from pushing harder.
But from stopping resistance.
We think we find direction by searching.
By thinking. By analyzing. By weighing options.
But often we do not find direction by searching.
We find direction by ceasing resistance.
Resistance to what is.
Resistance to what we feel.
Resistance to what we already know but do not want to see.
Because that resistance takes energy.
Energy that you need to move.
And when you stop resisting, space is created.
Space to feel what is there.
Space to see what presents itself.
Space to choose without pressure.
And in that space, direction emerges.
Not as something you find.
But as something that reveals itself.
When you stop pushing.
When you start feeling.
