What you already know, but don’t mention

What you already know, but don’t mention

The answers you seek are not outside of you.
They are in what you already feel, but don’t dare to say yet.

You know what is no longer right.
You feel what needs to change.
You see what is holding you back.

But you don’t name it.
Because naming it has consequences.
Because saying it out loud means you have to act.

And that feels overwhelming.

That’s why we keep looking for external answers.
For someone to tell us what to do.
For a method that relieves us of the responsibility of choosing.

But deep down, we already know what we need.
We just need space to say it out loud.

And someone who makes space for what is difficult.
Without judging. Without solving.

Just: being present while you look at what you already know.

Contact me if you need support,
with that,
Warm regards, Frederik
