What leaders have in common
Leaders are used to leading.
But not to being led.
They are the ones who give direction.
Who make decisions.
Who take responsibility.
And that makes it difficult to ask for help.
Because asking for help feels like weakness.
Like admitting that you can’t do it alone.
But transition requires more than just ability.
It requires daring to look at things with someone else.
Not because you’re not strong enough.
But because some things only become visible in dialogue.
Because your own blind spots are just that: blind spots.
Because your own patterns are so familiar that you no longer see them.
Because sometimes you need someone who holds on to what is essential, even when you
let go.
This is not weakness.
This is wisdom.
The wisdom to know that you don’t have to do everything alone.
That there are moments when being guided is strength, not weakness.
Contact me if you need support,
with that,
Warm regards,
Frederik
