What if you look back in five years?

What if you look back in five years?

Imagine it’s five years later.

You look back on this moment.
The moment when you felt that something had to change.
The moment when you knew that the old way was no longer working.

And you have two options.

Scenario 1:
You waited.
You thought: it’s not the right time yet.
You hoped things would get better on their own.

And now, five years later, you’re still where you don’t want to be.
The same patterns. The same unrest. The same doubts.

Only now you’re five years older.
Five years further from where you wanted to be.
Five more years invested in what doesn’t work.

And the pain of waiting has become greater than the fear of change
ever was.

Scenario 2:
You took the plunge.
Not because you were sure.
Not because you had all the answers.

But because you felt that waiting was more costly than starting.

You gave yourself the space to look at what was going on.
You dared to feel what you had long pushed away.
You chose what felt right, even though it was uncertain.

And now, five years later, you are someone else.
Not perfect. Not arrived.
But on your way to where you belong.

You live a life that feels right.
You work in a way that gives you energy.
You are yourself, instead of who you thought you should be.

Which scenario do you choose?

Because this moment, right now, is the moment you choose.
Not dramatic. Not big.
But decisive.

The question is not: what if it doesn’t work?
The question is: what if you don’t start?

What if you look back in five years and think:
“Why didn’t I listen to what I felt sooner?”

Because you can’t buy back time.
But you can choose your direction.
Now.
