The pattern I see regularly
I regularly speak with leaders who tell the same story:
“I know what I need to do. But I don’t do it.”
And then the question follows: explain further…?
The answer is almost always the same.
Not a lack of motivation.
Not a lack of insight.
But a lack of space.
Space to feel what you know.
Space to be present with what’s difficult.
Space to choose without pressure.
Because knowing isn’t enough.
You need someone who holds that space with you.
Someone who doesn’t try to fix things.
Someone who doesn’t push.
But someone who is present while you look at what you already know.
And in that space, the shift happens.
From knowing to doing.
From thinking to feeling.
From understanding to moving.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any help.
Sincerely,
Frederik
