The invitation

This work only begins when you feel it is time.
And that time is now, or it isn’t. Both are fine.

I don’t believe in persuading.
Not in pushing.
Not in tempting people into something they aren’t ready for.

Because this work requires willingness.
Willingness to look at what is difficult.
Willingness to be honest about what is not working.
Willingness to feel instead of just thinking.

And you cannot force that willingness.
It arises.

Sometimes suddenly, after a crisis.
Sometimes gradually, through growing discomfort.
Sometimes quietly, as a realization that the time is right.

And when that willingness is there, you are welcome.

For a conversation. For guidance. For mentorship.
Not because you are broken.
But because you are ready to look at what is right.

And that is a choice that only you can make.
Now, or later.
Both are fine.
