How I work

I don’t give advice.
I help you see. And in that seeing, direction emerges.

What I do is not a method.
It is being present with what is difficult.
It is asking questions that help you look deeper.
It is making space for what is not yet clear.

I don’t go faster than you.
I don’t go slower than necessary.
I go with you, at your pace.

What I do:
I name what I see, without judgment.
I ask questions where you stop.
I hold on to what is essential, even when it becomes uncomfortable.

Because my role is not to tell you what to do.
My role is to guide you in finding what is right for you.

And that requires something other than expertise.
It requires presence.
