The question behind the question

The question behind the question

Mentorship does not provide answers.
It provides space to look at what you already know but have not yet articulated.

It is not a method.
Not a step-by-step plan.
Not a quick fix.

It is guidance from someone who understands that transition takes time.
That clarity does not come from thinking harder.
That direction comes from calmness, not pressure.

What mentorship is:
A safe space to look at what is really going on.
A mirror that reflects what you already feel.
A presence that holds space for what is difficult.

What mentoring is not:
Someone who tells you what to do.
Someone who takes over your responsibility.
Someone who promises quick solutions.

Because you are the expert of your own life.
But sometimes you need someone to help you see.

Contact me if you need support,
with that,
Warm regards,
Frederik
